David Krasnoff is an Executive Director and head of Avison Young’s New York Corporate Net Lease Finance Team, where he is involved in the origination and execution of debt and equity financings for institutional and high net worth investors.
In addition to being a top producer and member of Avison Young's Circle of Excellence, David has been recognized by GlobeSt. multiple times as a “Net Lease Influencer” and by Real Estate Forum as one of their "Commercial Real Estate's 50 Under 40 2018: The New Class of Rising Stars." Krasnoff has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has executed transactions valued at over $5.0 billion.
Before joining Avison Young's Capital Markets Group in 2013, David sourced and executed deals for Jones Lang LaSalle's Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York City. Before joining JLL's Real Estate Investment Banking Group, Krasnoff also worked for JLL's Investment Sales Group where he was involved with all aspects of the sales process for institutional office transactions, including new business development, structuring, financial analysis, underwriting, contract negotiation and closing.
Education and Associations
Krasnoff received his M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and his B.A. from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
In addition to being a former Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee for the New York City chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), David is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the New York University Schack Alumni Cornerstone Society, the Luther Rice Society and its Real Estate Alliance, and the Municipal Arts Society.
