Daniel has worked within Avison Young's Land and Development team for more than 10 years. An experienced Development Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, he is based in the Bristol office and works with clients across the South West.

He provides advice to a broad mix of clients - including landowners, developers, and investors from the private, public, and charity sectors - on the strategy, delivery, and disposal of development land and property. This spans greenfield and brownfield sites, strategic land, Build to Rent (BtR) investments, and retirement and care schemes.

With excellent market knowledge and a strong commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients, Daniel has led on some of the region’s most significant projects. Highlights include acquiring the first BtR scheme in Bath, the disposal of the UK’s largest land transaction in 2021 (2,500 homes), and securing delivery partners for Goram Homes across five Bristol sites, including Hengrove Park, SS Great Britain Car Park, and Castle Park.

He was also appointed to support Deloitte on the St Philips Masterplan, an ambitious 400-acre regeneration scheme around Bristol Temple Meads, in collaboration with Bristol City Council, Homes England, Network Rail, and WECA.
