Conner Tolliver is an Associate working in Avison Young’s downtown Los Angeles office. Specializing in the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of retail investment properties on behalf of local investors, developers, and owner/users, Conner works alongside one of the premier investment sales teams in Southern California.

Conner graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communication, emphasizing in Advertising and Public Relations. During his time at the university, Conner was a member of the Sigma Chi International Fraternity. Following his graduation, he joined Archere Investment Management as a Commercial Real Estate Intern. In this role, he conducted property and market-specific research, managed and updated prospect databases, assisted in the development of marketing and presentation materials, and more. In 2022, Conner transitioned to JLL as a Brokerage Analyst, where he supported industrial brokerage activities by preparing offering materials for new and existing assignments and clients. He also assisted in preparing materials for new business pursuits, gathered and evaluated various real estate data, and performed additional tasks. In 2023, Conner embarked on Post-Baccalaureate courses in Construction Management. Currently, he is an active member of several organizations, including the African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Real Estate Associate Program (REAP).
