Chris Wicken is a Principal and sales representative in the Mississauga office of Avison Young, specializing in industrial, office and investment properties in the GTA West market. Over the past 14 years, having transacted over 8,000,000 square feet of real estate in the GTA, Chris has built a reputation of providing exceptional service to clients through a strong work ethic, responsiveness to his clients’ needs, and commitment to providing the highest level of market knowledge possible. Prior to joining Avison Young, Chris spent 7 years at the Toronto West office of a leading global real estate firm. Chris was a member of a top producing team for the Toronto West Office for four consecutive years, and in 2013 and 2014 was a “Top 10 Deal Maker” for the Toronto West Office.

Chris was a recipient of Avison Young’s Circle of Excellence Award in Canada for 2021.
