Caroline joined Avison Young as a Property Administrator in the winter of 2025, supporting the team in Chicago and leveraging her extensive background in multifamily property management.  

Caroline worked for 15 years with top apartment operators including Related, Amli, Habitat, and more. She has a long track record of successful lease-ups in Chicago and has managed thousands of Class A apartments. She takes pride in relationship building and being part of projects that continue to shape the landscape of the city.  She looks forward to bringing that service level into every new interaction at AY. Prior to leasing roles, Caroline was on the opening team at the Elysian Hotel, which sparked a passion for luxury service and a deep interest in real estate. Caroline graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington.
