Carol JeanLouis is an Insight Analyst for the Houston office and part of the Insights and Innovation (I&I) team at Avison Young. She is responsible for managing AVANT, Avison Young's proprietary database and analytics software, as well as delivering market insights and research to brokers and clients.

Before joining Avison Young, Carol worked in research roles at a global commercial real estate firm and the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region. She has experience in economic research, data collection, and analysis.

Carol is a United States Navy veteran who has served two overseas tours.
