Carly Molinaro is an Associate, Real Estate Broker in the Capital Markets team of Avison Young’s Montréal office. She focuses on the sale, lease, and acquisition of commercial and industrial properties, as well as land development opportunities.

Before joining Avison Young, Carly graduated from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law and gained her real estate experience as a real estate broker with one of the top real estate agencies in Quebec.

Combining her legal background with the dynamic role of a real estate broker, Carly brings efficiency, creativity, wit, and tenacity to every transaction. With her practical approach and her creative outlook, she is known for delivering results for her clients.
