Carly Molinaro is an Associate Real Estate Broker with Avison Young’s Quebec Capital Markets Team. In this role, she supports the team in advising investors on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties across the Greater Montréal Area and throughout Québec. Carly specializes in contract management, property valuations, market analysis, research, and due diligence.

Before joining Avison Young, Carly worked as a residential commercial broker with one of Québec’s leading agencies. There, she refined her skills in managing a high volume of transactions and developed a deep understanding of the real estate market. This experience allowed her to build strong relationships with clients and gain valuable insights that she now brings to her current role.

Carly holds a Law degree from the University of Ottawa, is a licensed member of the Barreau du Québec, and possesses both commercial and residential real estate licenses with the OACIQ.
