Bridget Nash joined Avison Young in December 2012 as Marketing Coordinator. With over 12 years of experience, Bridget is responsible for designing and coordinating the creation of major agency and tenant representation presentations, proposals, overview brochures and announcement ads. Bridget is also responsible for coordinating and designing marketing materials for the firm such as flyers, property brochures, open house announcements, invitations and postcards, request for proposals, offering memorandums, broker of value opinions. In addition, Bridget is responsible for coordinating e-marketing campaigns and coordinating outside marketing materials with vendors.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Bridget worked for a top 5 commercial real estate firm as a Senior Creative Designer where she assisted in rebranding the local market's brand identity. Her responsibilities included creating marketing materials for the company and also supporting the Senior Managing Director of Research & Analytics by gathering information for statistical reports, as well as, assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals and quarterly market reports.
