Brian Martin is a Principal in Avison Young’s Tysons Office. Prior to this he was an Associate at The Ezra Company’ where he worked with senior brokers to provide an array of commercial tenant advisory services. He specializes in lease evaluations and contract negotiations, as well as real estate finance, specifically in-depth financial analysis and the reduction of tenant costs.

Brian graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Dickinson College. He graduated from Landon High School where he played football and wrestled. Brian is an avid fitness enthusiast and currently lives in Tysons, Virginia.
