Brennan Forster is part of Avison Young's Innovation & Insights team and is responsible for optimizing data processes and utilizing business engagement and automation to capture, review and enhance micro data daily. She focuses on ensuring that core real estate and real estate-adjacent data are accurately captured and enlivened in AVANT to anchor the team's data-driven insights and make cities more transparent and clients more successful in their real estate outcomes. 

Prior to her current role, Brennan was Director of Research for the Nashville office and Senior Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets Group respectively. She handled the financial underwriting for both Nashville and Knoxville teams as well as assisting on various other assignments, including the creation of offering memorandums, proposals and performing in-depth market research and analysis. Before joining Avison Young, Brennan was with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone where she was the Senior Financial Analyst for both the Nashville and Knoxville offices. During her tenure as a financial analyst she gained extensive knowledge and experience in valuating commercial real estate, underwriting more than 15 million square footage of office, industrial and retail assets, valued at a cumulative total of over $1.5 billion dollars.

Prior to moving to Nashville, Brennan had the privilege of working with Randall Commercial Group, a real estate investment firm in Oxford, MS, as their market research intern.
