Breah Sims started working as the Client Service Coordinator at Avison Young in June 2023. Her primary role is to assist the multifamily brokers in the Las Vegas office with administrative tasks, marketing, and communication with potential and existing clients. Breah is originally from Florida and completed her high school and higher education locally. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Florida A&M University. During her time at the university, she completed a 3-month internship in the commercial real estate industry, which led her to begin her career at Avison Young.
