Ben brings over seven years of experience in commercial real estate to his clients, having successfully completed more than 100 lease transactions for prominent retail landlords and developers in the northern Alberta region. He has collaborated closely with international, national, and regional retailers, providing expert guidance in site selection, market analysis, and lease negotiations. With extensive expertise on both the landlord and tenant side, Ben has broadened his practice to include consulting services for select clients.

Before joining Avison Young, Ben earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from the University of Alberta in 2015. He furthered his education at the University of Reading at Henley Business School in the UK, where he obtained a Master of Sciences in Real Estate in July of 2017. Ben is also deeply committed to community engagement; he actively participates in several commercial real estate associations and dedicates his spare time to coaching lacrosse for Team Ireland and the Edmonton Miners Lacrosse Club.
