Arthur Walczak is a Pre-construction Project Manager with over 25 years of leadership experience overseeing the preconstruction of design-build, design-bid-build, at risk and integrated project deliveries.

Throughout his career, Arthur forged successful partnerships with Fortune 500 investment firms, governmental agencies, property owners, and architectural / engineering design firms across the United States, with a particular focus on the northeast, the New York metropolitan marketplace, as well as other regions throughout the United States.

Arthur is highly skilled in managing all design disciplines for projects; conducting interviews, managing contracts, selecting / coordinating designs, preparing pre-purchase packages, and obtaining client approvals. Ultimately, Arthur aims at delivering design and construction solutions that not only meet but exceed a client’s mission critical expectations for architectural, engineering, MEPF and IT, AV, SE initiatives.
