Anthony Dynar is an experienced commercial property manager with a strong background in overseeing diverse retail and industrial assets throughout Arizona. With more than a decade of industry experience, he has managed portfolios exceeding six million square feet, including prominent tenants such as Sprouts, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, Ross, Zia Records, Factor 75, and Food City.

Anthony takes a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to property management, with specialized expertise in lease negotiation, capital improvements, budgeting, and vendor coordination. He has led nearly one million dollars in ADA compliance construction and collaborated closely with legal teams on city and state ordinance and statute matters. Recognized for elevating operational standards, Anthony has implemented company-wide protocols for inspections, reporting, and team communication, and regularly mentors new staff.

Proficient in Yardi and other industry-standard platforms, Anthony is known for building strong tenant relationships, proactively addressing issues, and consistently delivering results that align with ownership objectives.
