Annabelle joined Avison Young in 2023 and has worked on a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes across London and South East. Annabelle advises and supports clients at all development stages, from initial site appraisal through to on-site delivery. This includes applications for full permission, listed building consent, minor and non-material amendments, and discharge of conditions and S106 obligations.
