Andrew joined Avison Young in May 2023 and brings over 17 years of experience in the appraisal industry focusing on a variety of assignments including development sites, multi-family and mixed use developments, commercial office and retail use properties and industrial buildings throughout British Columbia.  Andrew has specialized in the valuation of multi-family and mixed use land and developments in the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver areas within the last 10 years.  Andrew prides himself in providing his clients with quality service and appraisals with well researched, accurate data that is delivered in a timely fashion.
