Addison graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2022 with dual expertise in Supply Chain Management and Data Analytics, equipping her with a strong analytical foundation to deliver strategic insights in commercial real estate. Before joining Avison Young, she honed her financial acumen as part of the FP&A team at a technology company in Minnetonka.
