Adam Walman began his commercial real estate career in 2007 with a speciality in office leasing. After attaining significant transactional experience at a boutique firm, he joined Avison Young at its Global Headquarters in 2013. 

With a consultative approach to real estate, Adam has successfully negotiated on behalf of major institutions, start-up entrepreneurs and not for profit groups. His extensive experience has earned him a reputation as a tenacious advisor, focused on aligning real estate with the enterprise.

In addition to being a full-time commercial real estate practitioner, Adam considers himself a life-long student of the industry. He has attained numerous industry designations and continues to expand his knowledge base through continued education. 

Adam volunteers his time and expertise to support the real estate needs of several non-profit organizations throughout Toronto.
