Avison Young Project & Construction management provided tenant representation and
construction management for a new Compass office in Hingham, MA.   

Scope of work included the coordination and management of tenant vendors, IT/
AV/Security, furniture procurement, as well as budget and schedule management.

All offices, conference rooms, café, server room, and lighting underwent renovation.
