Newmark Knight Frank relocated their office to a new 10,000 sf office space located at 301 Route 17 North, tenth floor in Rutherford, New Jersey. Avison Young was contracted as a General Contractor responsible for obtaining all permits and inspections, hiring and overseeing of all applicable trade contractors, coordination of all furniture deliveries and installation and coordination of client-hired contractors. Avison Young maintained the same responsibilities when Newmark Knight Frank acquired 2,000 sf of expansion space.
