Having provided surety to its clients since 1904, this Newark, New Jersey based firm had a goal of bringing their existing office space up to current corporate standards while facing the challenge of making these changes without disrupting a fully occupied office.
After creating a master plan for the entire space, multiple phasing plans were created with painstaking attention to minor details of personnel and department adjacencies that could not be disturbed by the work. From the first to the last phases, design trends had changed, and finishes became discontinued. Avison Young Studio Project Services decided to move to secure viable alternates that enhanced the design even further.
