To accommodate the expansion of Fuse Media, Avison Young managed the design, construction and relocation of their New York Headquarters to One Penn Plaza. Beyond the advanced office, conference room and kitchen spaces, their new location incorporates and recording studio with green room, digital editing rooms and a robust server room that houses all content to be broadcast by the media team. Assembly spaces in a multi-tenant floor challenged the permitting and execution of the vision, but the successful endeavor provides a multimedia space that can be enjoyed by more than 100 employees and guests.
