Citadines, the US subsidiary of the global Ascott brand, hired Avison Young Project Management to oversee the renovation of their first New York City acquisition on West 46th Street. AY PM had to structure the renovations to occur while the hotel remained in business. Efforts included, the renovation of all guest rooms as well as the hotel check-in, lobby and street front façade.
