When Normandy Real Estate Partners purchased 1370 Broadway, Avison Young Project Management was hired to oversee the repositioning of the building from garment district factory and showroom space to commercial office space. This included the renovation of the lobby, elevator upgrades and a new entrance and awning. In addition, as the Owner’s Representative, Avison Young oversaw the construction of several tenant suites on behalf of Normandy. The building was successfully repositioned and sold by Normandy in 2014.
