Avison Young brokers $2.24 million sale of single-tenant retail property occupied by Harbor Freight Tools in Hemet, California
Los Angeles, CA – Avison Young announces today the $2.24 million sale of a 20,571-square-foot single-tenant property occupied by Harbor Freight Tools located at 1735 West Florida Avenue in Hemet, California (Riverside County). Renovated in 2023 and situated on 1.16 acres, the property has approximately 11 years remaining on its absolute triple net lease.
Avison Young Principals Chris Maling and David Maling who are located in the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office represented the seller, a California -based Limited Partnership. The buyer was a California-based private investor.
