Subsequently, various media outlets published articles referring to a hotel available for purchase in Whistler through a court-ordered sale and investment solicitation process (“SISP”).

This news release serves to clarify that no hotel is available for sale as Shell Mountainside Lodge currently operates as a timeshare resort consisting of 42-units (56 of 93 strata lots) located at 4417 Sundial Place.

Executive Mountainside Hotel Whistler is the only operator of a hotel at 4417 Sundial Place in Whistler, BC. The SISP solely involves the 56 strata lots owned by SVC-Mountainside ULC and Shell Owners Association – Pacific. The SISP does not involve any other strata lots or operations, including those of Executive Mountainside Hotel Whistler. Potentially interested parties should have regard to the SISP for the precise terms of the sale process.
