8,000 SF industrial facility to showcase cutting-edge robotic innovations

Hillsborough Township, NJ – Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has arranged an 8,000-square-feet (sf) lease on behalf of Libiao Robotics, a globally recognized leader in robotic automation and an RBR Top 50 company. The industrial property at 330 Roycefield Road, Building 1, Suites 2 and 3 in Hillsborough Township, New Jersey will serve as the company’s first U.S. show center.

Libiao Robotics was represented by Avison Young’s Ed English, Ron Ganter, and Jake Claricurzio. The landlord, Bane Realty, LLC, was represented internally.

Given Libiao Robotic’s strategic business objectives and our collaborative relationship, we were able to refine the search process and achieve their customized real estate needs and business goals, ” said English.

Libiao Robotics’ strategic expansion will serve as a key milestone in the company’s global growth, providing a dedicated space to showcase its latest innovations in warehouse automation.

“The specific requirements for Libiao Robotics’ new show center meant that we had very narrow search parameters, but a wide variety of space options to show them,” said Claricurzio.

The new showroom, upon completion of construction, will be designed to attract industry leaders, foster technological advancements in automation, and contribute to the local economic growth by creating new job opportunities. The official opening is planned for April 2025.
