Phoenix, AZ – Avison Young announces today it has completed the $4.6 million acquisition of a 41.25-acre land parcel in Surprise, AZ for the development of a church campus. The site is located at the southeast corner of North 163rd Avenue and West Dynamite Boulevard.

Avison Young Principal and Market Leader Mark Seale, and Senior VP Kevin Helland who are out of the Phoenix office represented the buyer, Pure Heart Church. The private seller was represented by Art Rullo and Michael Farrar of Marcus & Millichap.  

The buyer has not provided details for the timing of securing entitlements for the construction on the land at this time.

“Avison Young was charged by our client, Pure Heart Church, to identify a strategic campus location that is poised to be within the next thriving population center in the northwest valley,” said Seale. “We identified several parcels of land, however, this one offered the best situation. The site is surrounded by 30,000 new home starts over the next several years and is also located on a major parkway that will likely bring high exposure and unequaled access to the project over the long-term.”
