Marion Jones will spearhead growth of capital markets business across the U.S. and globally

New York City, NY – Avison Young, a global real estate advisory firm, has appointed Marion Jones as Principal and Executive Managing Director of U.S. Capital Markets. She will the lead the firm’s capital markets strategy, driving growth and market share and will continue to expand Avison Young’s client base, amplify the firm’s capital markets footprint across the U.S. and optimize the platform globally.

Jones brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in debt, equity and sales, market expansion and executive growth strategies. She most recently served as Managing Director of Capital Markets at JLL where she advised clients navigating the ever-changing market. Jones also held roles at Ackman-Ziff, Eastern Consolidated and CBRE over the course of her career.
