TDD for the largest transaction in 2024

We are happy to inform that BUD HOLDINGS together with INVESTIKA acquired a portfolio of 5 logistic parks located in Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Kielce, Kraków and Poznań, 212,500 sqm GLA in total, developed by 7R SA.

This is the largest industrial transaction in 2024, exceeding EUR 150 million!
