Cromwell sold Signum to DRFG

And another renowned Warsaw office building sold! Patryk Błach and Michal Cwiklinski MRICS had pleasure to represent Cromwell Property Group in disposal of Signum Work Station - large (ca. 32,500 sqm), A-class, high‑quality office building, located in the heart of the district. The property was acquired by DRFG Investment Group and TriGranit.

This transaction exemplifies that existing office buildings in constantly changing area of Mokotow continue to attract investors’ interest, mainly due to the fact that they could be acquired at relatively attractive pricing in comparison to the assets located in the centre of Warsaw and offer significant value-add going forward.
