Mark Seale Avison Young Phoenix Market Leader August 5, 2024

Experienced broker, Mark Seale focuses on role as Market Leader with strategic growth efforts for both business and top talent

Phoenix, AZ – Avison Young today announces the appointment of Mark Seale as Market Leader for the greater Phoenix region. He will take on an elevated leadership role focusing on talent recruitment and new business development in addition to continuing tenant representation for a diverse set of office and industrial users seeking to lease or own real estate.

“Avison Young is pleased to promote Mark to Market Leader for our Phoenix office,” said Chris Cooper, Principal and Regional Managing Director – Western U.S. “Over the past seven years with our firm, Mark has proven his dynamic leadership skills as well as commitment to clients and service to the greater community. He will be an integral part of raising the bar and expanding Avison Young’s footprint in Phoenix.”

A 30-year industry veteran, Seale joined Avison Young’s Phoenix office as Principal and Director of Brokerage Services in 2017. A consistent top producer, Seale has garnered numerous commercial real estate industry awards during his career, including Top 100, Top Team and Top 10 Producer awards on numerous occasions and a top producer at Avison Young for consecutive years.

“I am honored to take on this new role and work in an expanded leadership capacity within our Phoenix office,” said Seale. “Our goal is to double in size via recruitment of some top talent over the next few years and increase all our brokerage and property management service lines in the office, industrial, retail and multifamily sectors. As a prime market for growth in the western region, I believe that Phoenix is poised to experience some exciting activity over the coming years as interest rates are expected to decline and investors and tenants alike seek to expand their presence throughout the region.”

Seale also noted that while Avison Young’s Phoenix office has been active in philanthropic outreach including Boys and Girls Clubs, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Saint Mary’s Food Bank that he will be taking the lead on expanding that effort within the local community. This is consistent with Avison Young’s corporate initiatives aimed at creating better environments that benefit residents, employees and communities as a whole.
