455,259 SF across seven buildings available for lease

Atlanta, GA – Avison Young today announced that it has been exclusively retained by an undisclosed client to lease and manage a recent industrial portfolio acquisition in the Decatur/Snapfinger industrial submarket that consists of seven buildings totalling 455,259 square feet (sf). The new portfolio includes mostly single tenant buildings along the 3000-3195 block of North Lanier Parkway and the 3200-3316 block of Colonial Parkway in Decatur, Georgia, all of which are in good condition and well-positioned for continued demand in that industrial submarket.

Benjamin Parker, SIOR Senior Vice President of Industrial Services will be the lead leasing agent for the properties and Shelly Hall, RPA Senior Property Manager and Cheryl Vandeford, Portfolio Manager of Industrial Assets will lead the management team. They are based in Avison Young’s Atlanta office.
