Houston, TX – Avison Young, in collaboration with Stream Realty Partners, announces the negotiation of a long-term, 28,791-square-foot (sf) corporate headquarters office lease. R.G. Miller | DCCM will relocate to Eldridge Oaks, a Class A, 14-story office building at 1080 Eldridge Parkway in Houston, Texas. 

Avison Young Principals Anthony Squillante and Drew Coupe, who are out of the firm’s Houston office, represented the tenant. The landlord, an affiliate of Broadshore Capital Partners, was represented by Brad Fricks and Matt Asvestas of Stream Realty Partners. 
R.G. Miller | DCCM, a civil engineering firm providing a wide range of infrastructure services to both public and private sector clients in Texas, will be relocating from 26,976 sf of space at 16340 Park Ten Place in Houston in the third quarter of this year once tenant improvements are complete.

Miller | DCCM is competing with for employees.
