City of Greenville’s Municipal Courthouse site hits the market
2.66 acre infill site will be sold via a call for offers
Greenville, SC –Avison Young today announced it has been named the exclusive listing agent for 426 N. Main Street, a 2.66-acre infill development site in Greenville’s downtown. The property, with frontage on both Academy Street and North Main Street is the current Greenville Municipal Courthouse site and will be sold via a Call for Offers process. All offers are due by 5 p.m. ET on February 13, 2024.
A Greenville-based Avison Young team, led by James McKay, Vice President, and Ned Reynolds, Vice President, will be representing the property on behalf of the City of Greenville.

The targeted use for the site is hospitality or mixed-use with office, retail, and multi-family. The city is preparing to vacate the property in June 2024.
