Atlanta, GA – Collin BeVier is an Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Avison Young where he is a key member of the Atlanta office investment sales team working alongside Casey Keitchen.

In 2001, Collin moved to Georgia from Iowa with his family and attended The University of Mississippi, where he studied Managerial Finance. Unsure of what he wanted to do with his career, Collin pursued his MBA at Georgia State University, where he studied Business Administration and Management.

Growing up, Collin always had an interest in real estate, specifically office buildings. After meeting Casey Keitchen on the golf course, he joined Avison Young as an intern to learn about office investment sales and studied to get his real estate license. Following his graduation from Georgia State University, Collin joined Avison Young as an Associate with the Capital Markets team.

Within the last three years, Collin was instrumental in 115 million dollars in office investment sales. One of his most memorable deals was in 2021 where he closed a 105k sqft building in four days right before the new year.

Before joining Avison Young, Collin was in business development for a local startup where he oversaw investor relationships, created pricing models to sell the emerging technology, and pitched for funding from nonprofits, such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as well as venture capitalists.

Collin is currently a member of the Young Council of Realtors (YCR) and NAIOP.
