Rich Hillgardner, Principal, promoted to Regional Director, Northeast, Real Estate Management Services (REMS)

New York – Avison Young today announced that Rich Hillgardner, Principal, has been elevated to Regional Director, Northeast for Real Estate Management Services (REMS). Based in New York, Hillgardner will lead the Avison Young REMS teams across the Northeast region, providing services to REMS clients.

Hillgardner joined Avison Young’s REMS team in 2018 and manages and supports the REMS portfolio of buildings ranging from commercial office and retail properties to industrial and residential assets and educational institutions. His expertise encompasses day-to-day operations, financial management, facilities management, and property management. In his 20-plus years in the New York real estate industry, Rich has been assigned to major accounts such as Citibank, UBS, and Salomon Smith Barney and also serves on Avison Young’s U.S. REMS Executive Committee.
