Drew Scharf moves to Brokerage Associate in Charleston
Charleston, SC – Chris Fraser, Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s South Carolina offices today announced that Drew Scharf is transitioning to the Brokerage team as an Associate, focusing on industrial sales and leasing in the greater Charleston area.
“Drew has been hardworking since day one, taking on more responsibility and consistently expanding his scope of work,” said Fraser. “We’re excited he’s making the transition to brokerage and will make an excellent addition to our industrial services team. I have no doubt he will bring great value to our clients and partners in his new role.”
Scharf joined Avison Young in 2021 as a Brokerage Assistant, supporting retail and industrial brokerage teams, and gaining valuable experience in research and business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from the College of Charleston.
