Greenville, SC –Avison Young has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Piedmont Center, a ±144,000 square foot office park located at 33 & 37 Villa Road in Greenville. The property is comprised of two buildings on ±8.5 acres and home to multiple nonprofit, government, and professional services tenants.

A Greenville-based Avison Young team, led by Chris Prince, Vice President, and Ned Reynolds, Vice President, will be representing the property on behalf of Piedmont Center Holdings, LLC, the new owner of the asset.  Avison Young successfully worked with ownership on previous projects including the now fully leased 20,000sf office building at 330A Pelham Road.
