Avison Young announces $8 million sale of 5.98-acres in Las Vegas
February 23, 2023Las Vegas, NV – Avison Young announced today the $8 million sale of a 5.98-acre land parcel located at 5095 E. El Campo Avenue in Las Vegas, NV. The land is zoned for industrial use and provides easy access to Interstates 15 and 215. Plans for the parcel have not been disclosed by the unnamed buyer.
Avison Young Principals Chris Lexis and Joe Leavitt who are both out of the firm’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, ROC.
The parcel is Union Pacific Railroad rail adjacent with a 14-car capacity and is within the North Las Vegas submarket.
“This site was in very high demand and we received multiple offers,” said Lexis. “Las Vegas continues to see a significant amount of demand for land and assets across all sectors as the region has been experiencing positive economic activity and growth.”
Lexis and Leavitt handle all of ROC’s real estate. This parcel was excess land no longer needed for its operations.
