Avison Young lists co-living development, Williamsburg House, for $65 million
New York, NY – Avison Young has been exclusively retained to represent 186 N 6 Owner, LLC. for the sale of Williamsburg House, a fully free market re-development at 186 North 6th Street and 165 North 5th Street in Brooklyn.
