Emily Marquardt joins the Chicago office as Vice President and Agency Leasing Broker

Chicago, IL – Damla Gerhart, Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Chicago office today announced the strategic hiring of Emily Marquardt as a Vice President and Agency Leasing Broker, with a focus on office leasing services in the greater Chicago area.

“We are delighted to have Emily as a member of our Avison Young brokerage services team in Chicago,” said Gerhart. “Emily will make an immediate impact on our operations and the growth of our business given her experience and relationships throughout the region.”   

Prior to joining Avison Young, Marquardt was Vice President at Telos Group, LLC in Chicago where she represented various building owners in leasing and marketing to increase occupancy, retain value and create competitive advantages for 7.96 million square feet with an aggregate asset value over $2.016 billion.

Emily graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Communication and Culture, with a Minor in Business.
