Indianapolis, IN– Bill Ehret, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s Indianapolis office today announced the strategic hiring of Conrad Jacobs as Vice President of Industrial Services. Jacobs will focus on serving clients including developers, investors, logistics providers, manufactures, and distributers in the Indianapolis area.

Conrad began his professional real estate career in 2006 as an intern at Indianapolis based Halakar Real Estate. During his tenure with Halakar Real Estate (later known as Newmark Knight Frank Halakar) he built a network of clients and relationships throughout the Midwest and nationally, resulting in an impressive number of transactions.

Conrad was involved in more than $60 million worth of sale and lease transactions on behalf of clients in 2020 and 2021.

Conrad graduated from Ball State University in 2009, where he earned a Bachelor of Science.
