Newly formed law practice will occupy the 22nd floor of SL Green’s 1185 Avenue of the Americas

New York, NY – Avison Young’s New York office announced today that it has arranged a new 27,230-square-foot lease for the law practice of Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes LLP at 1185 Avenue of the Americas. Having formed in early 2021, the law firm will take the entire 22nd floor of SL Green’s Bryant Park office tower for its first official headquarters with plans for a May 2022 move-in.

Avison Young’s New York-based Principal Peter Gross represented the tenant in the negotiations while the landlord, SL Green, was represented in-house by Howard Tennenbaum and Gary Rosen.
