CoStar Names Avison Young New Jersey, Heller and McCaffrey in 2020 CoStar Power Brokers List for Northern New Jersey

New Jersey office included in Top Leasing Firm List and Jeffrey Heller and William McCaffrey selected as Top Office Leasing brokers

Morristown, NJ – Avison Young New Jersey was recently named as a Top Leasing Firm for the region and both Jeffrey Heller, Principal and Managing Director, and William McCaffrey, Principal, were named as Top Office Leasing Brokers for 2020.

Each year CoStar Group, the data/analytics leader of the commercial real estate industry, recognizes professionals and firms who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their respective markets based on their database of transactions.
