Avison Young welcomes Inland Empire-based Cody Lerner to its 2021 Principal Class

Ontario, CA – Chris Cooper, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Southern California region, today announced that Cody Lerner has been named Avison Young Principal based in the firm’s Inland Empire office.

Lerner has been with the company for five years and specializes in industrial properties and land acquisitions.

Lerner has over five years of experience as an advisor, specializing in industrial properties and land acquisitions throughout the Inland Empire. He has a client-centric approach that puts his client’s priorities first, all while creating lasting partnerships. Through his representation of corporations, investment groups and small businesses, Cody has brokered over half a million square feet in sale and lease transactions.
