All three speculative warehouse units at Panattoni Park in Nottingham let

Avison Young have jointly advised Panattoni on the successful letting of all three speculative warehouse units at Panattoni Park, Nottingham.
Panattoni Park totals 715,000 sq ft. The largest warehouse, a cross-docked 15 m eaves distribution unit totalling 551,031 sq ft, has been let to a global ecommerce retailer, which marks the largest letting of a new speculative development in the Midlands this year. The two other warehouses have been let to Hermes Parcels comprising 75,402 sq ft and 89,073 sq ft let to Food Innovations, a UK based manufacturer of home baking products.
