Hillwood International purchased from private individual industrial land with development potential exceeding 55,000 square metres. Avison Young investment team has advised in the transaction.

The land is located in Olesnica – rapidly developing industrial hub, 30 kilometers from Wroclaw and next to S8 expressway which enables great access to Wrocław, Łódź and other parts of Poland.

Hillwood has already started development of the logistics park which will be delivered in Q3 2020.

Park Hillwood Oleśnica is a high storage warehouse 10-metres high. Similarly as in the other developer’s projects, LED lighting will be installed. The building will have the highest fire resistance standard – above 4000 MJ/sqm. There will be also a big and comfortable parking area for the tenants and their customers.
