Zeke Rowan is a Vice President in the Industrial Brokerage Services Group, based in the firm’s Suburban Chicago office in Rosemont, IL. Mr. Rowan offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant/buyer/owner representation, built-to-suit and development projects, as well as investment acquisition and disposition services. Zeke’s primary area of focus is the North I-55 corridor, South Chicago, South Suburbs and NW Indiana. With the help of the Avison Young platform, he also can assist his clients in their real estate transactions all over the United States and Canada. Zeke works primarily on a team with Adam Haefner and Marty Mikaitis.

Joining Avison Young in June of 2019, Zeke spent his first four years in industrial real estate working for Darwin Realty where he completed transactions totaling over 2.3 million square feet and over $36 million dollars since 2015. Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Zeke spent several years in Dallas, Texas selling forklifts and material handling equipment for Sunbelt Industrial Trucks.

Since joining Avison Young, Zeke has been involved in transactions totaling 6 million square feet, 520 acres and $401 million in total consideration.  Mr. Rowan has completed industrial transactions with an array of institutional investors and corporate users, such as:

Zeke grew up in Evergreen Park, a south suburb of Chicago. He attended Mount Carmel High School on Chicago’s Southside where he also won an individual State Championship in Wrestling.  Zeke then studied at the University of Illinois where he also earned a Varsity Letter in Wrestling.
