Ulf has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry predominantly in London where he has been leading a number of high-profile schemes. As a trusted advisor to his clients, Ulf has delivered mixed use schemes, hotels, residential projects and offices. He is a specialist in new office buildings, office retrofit work and fit out of headquarter buildings for owner occupier organisations. Ulf’s projects include 50 Fenchurch Street, JP Morgan’s 60 Victoria Embankment and Deutsche Bank’s offices at 21 Moorfields.

As a registered architect Ulf has profound understanding of the design and planning process and he has detailed technical knowledge which allows him to challenge and influence stakeholders. Ulf’s strength lies in his ability to underpin his leadership with solid construction and procedural knowledge to facilitate positive project outcomes for his clients. Beyond Avison Young, Ulf is a member of the BCO and he is a judge at the AJ Retrofit Award.
